## When it happens

The object store that holds the log history could not be read, or log history is not available on this server. Ingestion, tickets and notifications are not affected.

## How to fix it

Try again shortly. In the meantime, the lines stored with the ticket are in `context` on [`GET /v1/tickets/{ticket_id}/replay`](https://docs.dlogify.com/api/replay/getTicketReplay.md).
