# replay-window

> A requested time is outside what a ticket's replay can load.

## When it happens

`from` or `to` on the timeline or the lines of a ticket's replay is outside its window, or `from` is after `to`. The window runs from 24 hours before the ticket's moment to 5 minutes after it, and it never reaches past your plan's retention.

## How to fix it

Read `earliest` and `latest` from [`GET /v1/tickets/{ticket_id}/replay`](https://docs.dlogify.com/api/replay/getTicketReplay.md) and stay between them. To read logs without a ticket, use [Live tail](https://docs.dlogify.com/dashboard/live-tail.md).
