Quickstart
From sign-up to your first ticket in about five minutes.
By the end of this page your application sends logs to dlogify and you have seen your first error group and ticket.
Create an account
Sign up at dlogify.com/sign-up with your email or with GitHub, and verify your email address.
Create an organization and a project
dlogify asks you to create your organization, then your first project. A project holds the logs of one application or service (Projects).
Create an API key
Open API keys in the project and choose Create API key. Copy the key now: it is shown only once. Keep it in an environment variable:
export LOGIFY_API_KEY=lgf_live_…Send your first log
npm install @dlogify/node
node --import @dlogify/node/register server.jsYour console output and uncaught errors are now sent. To try it, log an error with console.error(new Error("Hello from dlogify")).
See it arrive
The project's Overview shows Waiting for the first log… until the log arrives, then switches to the project's activity. Within seconds the error appears under Error groups, and its ticket under Tickets once it is classified.
Get notified
Open Channels and choose Add channel to send tickets to a member's email or to a webhook. critical and high tickets arrive at once; the rest in the digest (Notifications).
Next steps
- Configure the Node.js SDK or the Python SDK, or send logs with OpenTelemetry.
- Choose when digests arrive in Notification settings.
- Receive tickets in your own systems with Webhooks.
