You already created the maximum number of organizations on the free plan.

When it happens
- You tried to create another organization while the free-plan organizations you created already reach the maximum. Organizations you created count even if you later handed them to someone else.
How to fix it
Use your existing organization, or move one of the organizations you created to a paid plan, which frees the slot. See Plans and usage.
