When it happens
- You started a checkout for an organization that already has an active or past-due subscription, including one paid a moment ago whose confirmation is still on its way.
How to fix it
Open Billing in the organization. To move between Pro and Team, use Upgrade or Downgrade instead of a new checkout. See Plans and usage.
