You are the only owner of an organization, so you cannot deactivate your account yet.

Extra member: organizations, the organizations you are the only active owner of, each with id and name.
When it happens
- You asked to deactivate your account while you are the only owner of one or more organizations. An organization always keeps an owner, and an owner whose account is deactivated does not count.
How to fix it
Make another member an owner from the organization's Members page (or remove the organization's other members and leave it empty, then contact support), then deactivate again. See Members and roles.
