A requested time is outside what a ticket's replay can load.

When it happens
from or to on the timeline or the lines of a ticket's replay is outside its window, or from is after to. The window runs from 24 hours before the ticket's moment to 5 minutes after it, and it never reaches past your plan's retention.
How to fix it
Read earliest and latest from GET /v1/tickets/{ticket_id}/replay and stay between them. To read logs without a ticket, use Live tail.
